Information you provide
If you send an enquiry, the site may collect the name, business name, email address, business domain, service selected and message that you submit. This information is used to respond to your enquiry, scope the requested service and maintain relevant business records.
Free domain checker
The free checker uses the domain name you enter to request publicly observable DMARC, SPF, HTTPS/SSL and website-status information. The current checker sends that domain to a third-party DNS/SSL lookup service. It does not ask for or require your mailbox password.
Website and server data
The hosting provider may process ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser information, request time and requested page for security, diagnostics and service operation. SenderShield does not intentionally use the supplied website code to set advertising or behavioural-marketing cookies.
How enquiry information is used
- To reply to questions and service requests.
- To understand the email systems or domains that may need assessment.
- To provide quotes, onboarding information and service communications where requested.
- To keep records needed to operate and protect the service.
Sharing
Information is not sold to advertisers. It may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website, email service, hosting and domain lookup functions, subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, service relationship, legitimate business records or legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational measures should be used to protect stored information, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

You can ask about personal information held in connection with an enquiry, request corrections, or raise a privacy concern by emailing hello@sendershield.co.uk. Applicable rights depend on the circumstances and UK data-protection law.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the website, service providers or data-handling practices change. The current version should be reviewed whenever new analytics, payment, CRM or marketing tools are added.
